Scope operates Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes across Bonnell’s Bay, Morisset and Williamtown. These are robust, high‑support environments for clients with complex mental health needs, psychosocial, intellectual and physical disabilities, and in some cases, a history with the criminal justice system. Many of the individuals we support may display complex behaviours that require consistent, trauma‑informed, person‑centred support.

We are seeking long‑term, confident and dependable Support Workers who can thrive in complex settings. This role is suited to people who are:

• Comfortable supporting psychosocial clients who may display behaviours that challenge
• Resilient and adaptable, with a strong commitment to safe, person‑centred support.
• Comfortable providing personal care and hygiene assistance.
