The Services required are set out as follows:
Campus Supervision & Discipline Prevention - Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.
- Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Indoor Sports Hall during daily recess periods.
- Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).
Latecoming Monitoring - Collect mobile phones and record latecomers arriving after 8am (Tuesdays to Fridays) or 9am (Mondays).
- Manage latecomers data and Detention list.
In-House Suspension Support - Help establish a structured environment for suspended students to support learning continuity during suspension.
- Guide students through structured reflective activities and support their transition back into the classroom environment.
