Summary


Legends Global , the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has openings for a Dishwasher at The Hampton Roads Convention Center, responsible for maintaining all small wares, utensils, kitchen equipment, food preparation areas, and small wares storage areas in a clean and organized manor.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Taking weekly inventory of chemicals

+ Ensure water changes are happening every 2- 4 hours per shift

+ Training and developing staff in the absence of my presence

+ De-liming the dish machine one a month or as needed

+ Wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils,...
