A Dish Washer  is responsible for separating washable items (trays, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, silverware etc) and placing them on the dishwasher conveyor belt to be washed. Then removing clean items from the conveyor belt and placing them in their assigned spot for use by other departments. Also, spraying down trolleys and other items.
