PAY RANGE:

• $16.25 - $18.00 / Hourly HOURS/AVAILABILITY: Hours vary, up to 30 hours per week POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Food Service Director, the position primarily involves the preparation, delivery, and clean up of meals for all applicable Camp Erdman programs.


• THIS POSITION DOES NOT INCLUDE HOUSING.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES:

• Prepares and assists in serving food under the supervision of the shift manager.


• Is responsible for the washing of dishes and the cleaning and care of the kitchen, equipment, and dining hall.
• Strictly follows sanitary standards set by the Hawaii State Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
• Strictly follows sanitary standards set by the YMCA of Honolulu and Food Service Director at Camp Erdman.
