Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 3–5 years' experience in customer service, sales administration or dispatch administration
Experience with Sage Pastel Evolution
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans (non-negotiable) Responsibilities:
Coordinate all dispatch, courier and freight bookings to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Schedule and monitor customer collections, ensuring goods are ready and all documentation is complete.
Provide professional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, resolving issues and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Process and capture customer sales orders accurately and efficiently on the ERP system.
