Position Overview

            Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Manufacturing & Production 
Position Title: Dispatch Coordinator  
Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide) 
Working Hours: 4 days, 12 hours Rotating Shift (2-day shifts + 2 night shift) 
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Shift Allowances + Attendance Incentive + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus  
Duration: Permanent 
 Key Responsibilities  Ensure accurate dispatch of all containers and proper processing of orders. 
Coordinate with transportation companies regarding container arrivals. 
Ensure all vehicles are weighed correctly. 
Send job orders to the open yard through the VMT system. 
 Qualifications  Minimum GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent 
Computer literate 
Possesses Knowledge of Microsoft Office
