The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing all long-haul dispatch operations, ensuring full alignment between physical stock, Syspro transactions, transport planning, compliance, and delivery performance. The role includes leading the dispatch team and ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch Operations

• Oversee end-to-end long-haul dispatch process from planning to execution


• Ensure accurate picking, checking, and loading of all consignments


• Maintain alignment between physical stock, documentation, and Syspro

Transport Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with transporters and 3PL providers


• Ensure optimal vehicle utilisation and legal load compliance
