Position Overview
As a Dispatcher and face of our company, you will be answering in-bound calls from US based clients. Your Job description includes: * Answer incoming calls and assist when necessary or direct calls to appropriate areas. * Maintain accurate records of all transportation activities in the department. * Communicate through telephone with the drivers to understand constant status and location; communicate through a multi-line phone system with other departments and properties to assist both drivers and guests. * Use computer programs to track airline flights, review limousine reservations, find addresses and map driving routes. * Order extra limousines from outside companies for special events and areas outside average driving distances. * Coordinate guest limousine reservation requests with hotels and VIP personnel. * Perform other job-related duties as requested.
