Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate is fully engaged and is always willing to go above and beyond to create a great experience with our customers through the interactions with drivers, customer service and delivery application. Good relationship building skills are needed to excel with drivers and internal team members. The main goal is to ensure all the delivery orders are uploaded properly and timely manner and route optimization. Furthermore, the compliance to driver scheduling, QA monthly contractor documentation, app training to drivers, informing Customer Care if food is late / answering queries, and post inspection daily of the fleet.

Job Type: 3 month assignment

Pay Rate: $49,000 per annum
