Receive and dispatch requests for vehicular escorts during evening and late-night service hours.

Coordinate the efforts of the vehicular Shuttle Service with other transit services provided in the Penn Transit Services network including but not limited to: PennBus Service; Penn Accessible Vehicle (PAT); Penn Charter Service; Penn Crew Transportation; and the AM Transportation Service, through the dynamic allocation of resources including people and vehicles to meet the demand for the various services as required.

Provide accurate information and courteous assistance to inquiries regarding Penn Transit Services and its regulations, policies and procedures.
