What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate closely with dispatch to manage truck dispatching, scale operations, and ensure accurate delivery of materials.Process customer orders, collaborate with sales, handle data entry of orders and scale tickets, and manage payment processing and reporting.Communicate clearly with truck drivers and customers, providing directions, answering inquiries, and delivering high level customer service.Monitor site operations by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring efficient, accurate workflow at the pit.Handle administrative responsibilities including measurement co...
