Lewisham Council are looking for an Interim Disrepair Surveyor.

£358 per day.

Main Purpose of the job:

To provide specialized technical expertise for the Lewisham Councils Disrepair service. You will be inspecting residents� properties due to disrepair concerns, preparing expert reports, ensuring to fulfil our legal repair obligations. Ensuring identified works are completed to a satisfactory standard ensuring resident satisfaction.

Summary of Responsibilities and Personal Duties:

To provide expert advice in relation to Disrepair both for internal and external stakeholders and to work with the communications team to produce materials for distribution on both the website and in person.

To inspect areas managed by the Lewisham Council or where Lewisham Council has responsibility including leaseholders, private sector landlords and have been instructed too in association with Disrepair
