The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the Distribution Administrator supports shipping and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate processing of orders, documentation, and outbound logistics.

• Process invoices and confirm accuracy of outgoing loads
• Coordinate load changes and shipment adjustments
• Support carriers and customers during order pick‑ups
• Manage product substitutions and order corrections
• Prepare shipping documents including manifests and BOLs
• Record shipment temperatures and compliance data
• Complete data entry for shipping metrics and QC tracking
