**Description**

**Schedule:** Part-time; 7am - 4:30pm three days a week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and one other flexible day of the week


**Position Summary:** Responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and packaging letters, booklets, and other printed materials for daily distribution. Ensures all shipments are accompanied by the appropriate documentation and handled in a timely manner to support high-quality service for both internal and external customers.


**Essential Job Functions:**


1. Operate machinery/equipment used to process daily mail and other print jobs.
2. Perform all the following functions: sort, fold, hand / machine insert letters and enclosures; process letter retypes and reprints; operate printers, cutters, tabbers and pallet jacks; provide monthly activity reports as requested.
