Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Distribution Centre Support Manager to oversee key operational support functions within a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This role will be part of the Senior Leadership Team within our Minworth Distribution centre, reporting to the General Manager, requiring strong leadership, systems expertise, compliance and a continuous improvement mindset.
How you will contribute
- Lead and manage the Stock Team, ensuring accurate inventory control and accountability.
- Oversee and sign off monthly and annual stock counts, ensuring full compliance and audit readiness.
- Take ownership of warehouse systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP, ensuring effective usage and continuous optimisation.
- Maintain a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to Sarbanes‑Oxley (Sarbox) requirements and internal control measures.
