The Opportunity

The Distribution Engineering Team Lead will head up a specialized group of engineers responsible for some of the company’s most critical and high-value distribution projects.

They are looking for a strong technical leader — someone who can troubleshoot complex distribution challenges, guide design decisions, and create practical solutions grounded in hands‑on experience.

The successful candidate will oversee up to 20 active projects at a time, requiring exceptional organization, prioritization, and technical oversight capabilities. Deep familiarity with municipal energy standards and distribution systems is essential.
