Equitable is looking for a dynamic **District Recruiting Support Specialist - Part Time (20 Hours a Week)** to join our team!
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Support up to 12 managers in candidate sourcing and pipeline management.
+ Develop, post and respond to recruiting postings on multiple platforms.
+ Analyze results of sourcing methods/tools.
+ Assist with college/university career fair scheduling and follow up.
+ Other projects as specified.
This position is a onsite work position based out of our Woodbridge, NJ office.
