Job Description

As a District Sales Manager at RW&CO you will report to the Director of Sales and Operations and lead a group of stores within the Central & East area. You will be responsible for leading a team of Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding store profitability, seamless Omni Channel experience, merchandising excellence, and delivering a diverse, inclusive and rewarding employee experience.
