Link-Worldwide offers a unique apprenticeship program focused on marine conservation in Mexico, Yucatán. Participants can earn their PADI Divemaster qualification while gaining hands-on experience leading dives and teaching lessons at a Caribbean dive centre.

This program includes training in underwater monitoring and coral reef surveys, preparing apprentices for successful careers in diving and conservation.

Upon completing the program, participants receive job placement guarantees within 18 months.
