Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Hire, train, supervise, and schedule team members to maintain efficient operations.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and labour costs to meet financial targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian health & safety regulations.
- Support local marketing promotions and implement strategies to improve store performance.
