Position Overview

            Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives 
Oversee the divisions financial performance including budgeting forecasting and cost management 
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming team of managers and staff 
Collaborate with other division directors and Clevel executives to align divisional strategies with overall company objectives 
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion 
Implement and maintain effective operational processes and systems 
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisionmaking 
Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and local laws 
Represent the division in highlevel meetings conferences and industry events
