Position Summary

The Division Lead is a faculty administrative role and a key academic leader responsible for guiding one of the Morgridge College of Education’s newly formed academic divisions. The Division Lead provides strategic, operational, and academic leadership to support high-quality teaching, research, accreditation, enrollment, and faculty development. This role ensures divisional coherence while preserving the autonomy of individual programs, aligning divisional activities with MCE’s mission, values, and strategic priorities. Division Leads serve as the primary link between program leadership and the Dean’s Office and play a central role in ensuring the sustainability, visibility, and academic excellence of the division.
