Regional PC&L Leadership
Provide functional leadership to Plant PC&L Managers across the region.Directly manage the Division PC&L Sub‑Region Coordinator, PC&L Experts team, and New Program Supply Chain team.Assess plant PC&L organizational strengths and gaps; define reinforcement and capability‑building plans.Evaluate PC&L competencies across the network, including Plant PC&L Managers.
