The Assessor Service has an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team where you will gain experience in the valuation of a wide variety of both domestic and commercial properties for council tax and non-domestic rating purposes.

We are particularly interested in hearing from those with a background in rating, however we would also like to hear from Chartered Surveyors from other general practice areas who may be looking for a new challenge.

The Divisional Valuer will be responsible for the efficient work supervision and training of Trainee Valuers, Technicians and Survey Assistants undertaking the survey and valuation of non-domestic and domestic properties throughout Fife for the purposes of compiling and maintaining the Valuation Roll and the Council Tax List.
