We are seeking a highly motivated Research
Associate with a focus on Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our efforts
in pharmacokinetics screening, plasma protein binding, and microsomal assays.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, supporting the development of cutting-edge therapies for cardiovascular and skeletal muscle disorders.
Responsibilities:

+ Bioanalysis: plasma and tissue processing/analysis to determine the drug concentration using the Sciex LC/MS-MS.

+ Plasma Protein Binding Studies: Conduct experiments to determine the binding affinity of compounds to plasma proteins using Sciex LC/MS-MS

+ Microsomal Assays: Perform microsomal stability studies to assess the metabolic stability and run the assay using the Sciex LC/MS-MS
