We are seeking an experienced Dock Supervisor to lead the day shift team of a Transportation and Logistics company in Brampton, ON. This position requires an individual with proven experience in a supervisory role within a crossdock facility. Shift: 8:00am-5:30pm Monday‑Friday. Salary: Up to $60,000/year.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling/supervising activities of dock staff
• Coordinating loading/unloading of freight
• Inspecting incoming/outgoing freight to ensure all goods are free of damages
• Communicating daily with other dock supervisors
• Investigating delays on arrivals/departures and working with management to solve issues quickly
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Supervisor within the Transportation/Logistics industry
