Document Collector (Compliance) Overview
We are looking for a Document Compliance Specialist to join our compliance and finance operations team. This role supports a U.S. based staffing company by ensuring that all contractor and employee documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with state and federal requirements. You will work closely with recruiters, onboarding teams, and finance to collect, verify, and maintain all required records — including employment eligibility, contracts, and timesheets — to ensure smooth payroll and invoicing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and review onboarding documents from contractors and new hires (IDs, I-9 forms, work permits, W-9s, insurance certificates, contracts, etc.).
Validate employment authorization and identity information using government verification tools (e.g., E-Verify, USCIS portals).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or compliance systems (e.g., Bullhorn, ADP, or similar).
