Position Overview

            Job Description

Maintain and control all project documents, drawings, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, tracking, and distribution systems are maintained.
Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents.
Maintain updated logs for: Drawings RFIs Submittals NCRs Material approvals Technical submissions Correspondence
Ensure only latest approved revisions of drawings and documents are available at site.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams for document submissions and approvals.
Upload and manage documents through client systems and EDMS platforms.
Track pending submissions and follow up for approvals and responses.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
Prepare transmittals for document submissions and distribution.
