Job Description
The Document Controller will provide expertise and support to major program and project teams, acting as a central point for document management processes, storage protocols and information governance. The role is responsible for coordinating project documentation, supporting stakeholders, and serving as the first point of contact for document-related queries.
Principal Responsibilities
- Maintain and update project registers including document registers, RFIs, action and issue logs, drawing registers and change logs
- Track and report on document status, overdue items and key actions to support project team visibility
- Manage the receipt, distribution, filing and storage of project documentation in line with established procedures
