Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil; Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 1–2 years of construction experience and knowledgeable in document control.
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards and Quality Management System
• A get it done attitude with a desire for growth, experience, and development
• Preferably with knowledge and experience with ACONEX
• Strong organizational skills
• Microsoft Office Skills
• CAN START ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the project central filing system.
• Responsible for regular updating of the documentation logs and ensure that all pertinent records are kept securely.
• Facilitation of document transmission from project to client.
• Securing closeout documentation and electronic archiving
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned.
