Position Overview

            Job Description

Provide administrative support to the project team, with a focus on document control and compliance
Implement and maintain the document control strategy to ensure consistent service delivery across all projects and programmes
Offer guidance and training to users on system functionality, processes, and procedures, including batch uploading of documents
Generate reports detailing document updates, amendments, and progression
Monitor compliance for all document publications within the designated document management system, ensuring correct formatting, status, and metadata
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes regularly; assist with scheduling and issuing meeting invitations
Maintain accurate records of document information, including storage locations, status, and ownership, in line with regulatory requirements
