Manage and maintain project documents, drawings, submittals, transmittals, correspondence, reports, and approvals in an organized manner.
Receive, register, distribute, track and archive incoming and outgoing project documents.
Maintain document logs and registers for drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, WIRs, IRs, NCRs, letters, and other project records.
Ensure all documents are properly numbered, revised, filed, and issued to the relevant team members as per project requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for document submission and follow‑up.
Control document revisions and ensure superseded documents are properly marked and archived to avoid unintended use.
