Job Responsibility

• Organize and maintain project documents in compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Ensure the accurate distribution of documents to all stakeholders.
• Track and manage document revisions and updates.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless document flow.
• Generate reports on document status and progress as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Proven experience as a Document Controller in MEP contracting companies.
• Aconex certification is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong understanding of document management processes and systems.
