Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents (drawings, contracts, reports).
• Ensure accurate document control, storage, and timely distribution using management systems.
• Maintain document security and confidentiality, controlling access permissions.
• Produce regular document status reports and assist with audits and compliance.
• Support project teams by coordinating document approvals and providing system training.

Qualifications

• Proven document control experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Proficient with document management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction documentation and industry standards preferred.
