Your Role

• Draft and amend complex site operator agreements, including CA/Dealer contracts, car wash licenses, loans, and deeds of guarantee.
• Conduct mandatory compliance checks and background verifications, including ASIC company lookups, ABN searches, and police or visa checks.
• Manage the lifecycle of Bank Guarantees and Petrol Bonds, including authenticity verification, safe custody filing, and monitoring expiry dates for renewals.
