About the Role

We are looking for a Facade Design Document Controller to join our project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all façade-related design documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain façade design documents including drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical correspondence

Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and revision tracking

Register, distribute, and monitor incoming and outgoing documents

Coordinate with designers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on document submissions and approvals

Track document status and maintain updated document registers

Prevent the use of superseded or obsolete documents

Prepare transmittals, reports, and document status updates
