Responsibilities - Manage and control all safety-related documents including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), inspection reports, and audit records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Implement proper document filing, numbering, and version control to maintain document integrity and traceability
- Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external safety audits to support compliance verification
- Track audit findings, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution and compliance improvement
