About the Role

As a Document Controller/Tool Keeper at GJH SERCONS, INC., you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's important documentation and tools. This full-time position is based in Calaca, Batangas, and is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our Engineering and Maintenance projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Organising and archiving all project‑related documents, drawings, and records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and other resources, and ensuring they are properly stored and maintained.
• Distributing and tracking the usage of tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned in good condition.
• Providing support to project teams by promptly retrieving and delivering required documents and tools.
