Summary:

We are seeking detail-oriented Document Services Representatives to support high-volume document intake and processing operations. This role involves data entry, document scanning, mail sorting, and routing information through internal systems. The work is independent but collaborative, with shifting priorities based on daily production needs.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity, and consistency and reliability are critical due to regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate key entry and data entry using specialized systems


• Prepare, sort, and process incoming mail (USPS, faxes, emails, specialty intakes)
