Position Overview
Responsible for managing and maintaining both electronic and paper-based documentation in compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role supports quality management systems and ensures accuracy, accessibility, and proper control of all organizational documents.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain and organize documentation using systems such as SharePoint and electronic Quality Management Systems (QMS).
+ Ensure all documents comply with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and other applicable standards.
+ Perform data entry, filing, and records management to maintain accurate and easily retrievable documentation.
+ Review and proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity prior to approval and distribution.
+ Support quality initiatives by managing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and policies.
+ Manage document control processes, including version control, review cycles, and approval workflows.
