Provides administrative and clerical support to a funeral home, cemetery, crematory or a combination of these facilities. Duties include greeting the public and providing general information on services offered in a polite manner with a goal to meet and exceed customer expectations.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Uses adept knowledge of state specific laws and Company standard operating policies and procedures for services requested
+ Validates that documents from the funeral home to support requested service complies with state law and Company policies and procedures
+ Interprets and evaluates documentation to verify information on all services is completed accordingly with accuracy and consistency
+ Demonstrates quick response to document inquiries and directs customers with clear instructions to correct documentation as needed
