Position Overview
β’ Require a comprehensive assessment of our Docuware system and infrastructure.
β’ Assist in fixing any items that do not function accordingly within DocuWare based on the assessment.
β’ Evaluate the active directory setup.
β’ Assist in creating workflows and writing reports such as: P-Card Application, PPE Request, Property Survey, , Campus Owned and Mobile Reimbursement
β’ Within creating the workflow and reports help establish all necessary items required in the process: File Cabinet, Document Trays, Search Dialogue Box, Roles/Groups, Document Processing, Intelligent Indexing.
