We're looking for apassionate and highly organised Domestic Abuse Coordinator to join our social housing client on a minimum 3+ month contract, providing vital support to customers affected by domestic abuse.
You will act as the central point of contact for domestic abuse cases, taking initial ownership from initial disclosure through to resolution. Working in a trauma-informed way, you'll ensure customers feel supported, safe and empowered whilst coordinating internal teams and external agencies to reduce risk and interventions.Manage domestic abuse cases from start to disclosure, maintaining regular customer contact
Cary out risk assessments, DASH/MERIT, and coordinate safeguarding referrals.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and specialist agencies to deliver practical and safety interventions.
