• Receiving, verifying, and maintaining corporate documents of suppliers, as well as entering data into 1C.
• Preparing UAH purchase and sales contracts and addendums, and entering relevant information into 1C.
• Controlling the availability of required original hard copy and electronic documents for payments in UAH.
• Processing and posting supplier invoices for goods and services in the system and ensuring timely payments.
