Shift Pattern:Monday - Sunday 20 Hours per week
Main duties and responsibilities
Monitoring and reporting patients’ health needs. and contributing to the development of care in care plans and complete interventions as described. Supporting the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed. and providing emotional support to residents. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Communicating effectively with physicians, nurses, support staff, and external allied health practitioners.
