The Opportunity



Join Family & Children's Association (FCA) as the Coordinator of Donor Communications & Engagement and help strengthen the relationships that fuel our mission. In this dynamic role, you will lead donor communications, digital engagement, peer-to-peer fundraising, and stewardship initiatives that inspire generosity and deepen connections with our supporters.

As the voice of the donor, you will create compelling stories, develop integrated fundraising campaigns, manage donor journeys, and serve as a concierge for peer-to-peer fundraisers.
