Responsibilities


+ Coordinate onsite recruiting activities within the Transit Division, ensuring smooth execution of hiring processes.

+ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate candidate interviews, scheduling, and communication.

+ Maintain accurate records of recruitment procedures and candidate tracking in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

+ Assist in promoting the company’s brand and visibility within military and veteran communities to attract qualified candidates.
