Job Description
Seeking a Draftsperson / Design Coordinator to support the design and development of gas stations, convenience stores, car washes, and retail construction projects. This role will create initial layouts, prepare construction drawings, develop renderings, and coordinate design revisions through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
 • Create preliminary site layouts and design concepts
 • Prepare construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
 • Develop 3D renderings for client presentations and approvals
 • Revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project teams
 • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants
 • Support permitting and approval processes
 • Maintain drawing packages throughout construction
