Position Overview

Drafting & Design Support
  • Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical drawings using AutoCAD or relevant drafting software
  • Interpret design concepts, sketches, and specifications into working drawings
  • Coordinate with designers, consultants, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements
  • Revise drawings based on site conditions and client/consultant feedback
  • Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority requirements
Quantity Surveying (QS) Support
  • Assist in taking off quantities from drawings for interior fit‑out works (e.g., carpentry, partitions, finishes)
  • Support preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents
  • Assist in sourcing and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations
